Heya story is wonderful just looking at when last it was updated nearly a year ago so wondering if the project is still ongoing or if it was abandoned like alot of the grear works you find on here?
oka i think the game needs some work in terms of nouns and such for example it would be better to call victoria princess rather than prince. also if i am not wrong there is bug where the mc is referred using female pronouns even though the mc is chose was male.
while these are some minor ones , but even after that the game was quite incredible . also when is the next chapter/act coming out ?

As for the MC's pronouns, they should not be changing. Could you fill in the bug report form so I can fix it? I would need the passage's name where the pronouns change.

So this is a particular question that, if one wanted to act upon it (like to incorporate this different perspective), would require a ton of work but I can't help but ask. Why are we being so secretive and wanting to leave (if relevant, I'm going through the room, haven't gotten to any of the updates past that yet)? Like we keep thinking we're some sort of imposter that needs to hide, but putting myself in the situation, I'd think something happened to me and I lost my memory, and just need help from everyone. Definitely wouldn't jump to "I'm a fake and I can't let them know" (at least no more than my layered multi-faceted imposter syndrome makes me think).
This was a conscious decision I made at the beginning of this project and will be relevant further in the story. So I can't really answer your Why without spoiling the whole thing :)
Of course, in the real world, different people will have a different reaction to waking up in an unknown place next to unknown people. I could have opted for different reactions, but it was easier for me writing and coding-wise to stick to one only.
Sorry, another ask, is the person were set to marry always a "Prince"? Asking since Prince Victoria sounds odd to me, though I know that title can be gender neutral in some contexts/cultures.
What path are you taking at the end of Scene 2? Because only Sunwin Garden is currently available. Judy's Scissors will arrive in the next update (coming soon).

Loved the story so far, can't wait to read more. As an engineer I loved the design/floor plans and the map. They give a fresh perspective to the story that I have never seen in any other IF before.
Also really happy someone noticed the floor plans! Took me days to make it just right. I do plan to have more scenes in the house in the future, which will include moving from one room to the next. I thought it would be helpful to have them.
Yeap they are helpful. They make it easier to visualize spatially where events do take place. I think the map would especially be useful here too, e.g. when the mc starts visiting different places (like the ones currently written on the planner)
Hi! I really liked the game and wanted to report some bugs I've noticed :) While searching the room, when I opened the middle drawer (before I had the letter-cutter), the text about me opening the drawer and taking the book within appeared. It didn't actually let me take the book though. When I did open he drawer w/ the cutter that I've found, took the book and then put it back, the text also doubled. Apart from that, there were inconsistencies w/ MC's parents' genders (they were both described as female by Anne, but later were referred to as male + the Consort is described as male in the Codex), and at the point when Anne says that the MC is close to Charles he's then referred to as Charlotte. It it matters, I had a male MC and my browser is Safari. Hope that helps! :)

yes I agree ...if the prince is male then the noun prince is fine but when she's female how come she's also prince it should be princess :)

There will be the map of the town in the next update (coming sometime in March). It will have a list of all the places mentioned in the game.
